Job Description

Responsibilities:
. Assist in the project manager/delivery manager in admin tasks.
. Coordinate project activities and ensure all project reports are documented.
. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to leads.
. Facilitate communication between project team members and stakeholders.
. Prepare and distribute project status reports, and other documentation.
. Support the team in implementing the best practices.
. Assist in resource allocation.

Qualifications:
. Bachelor's degree, Project Management, or a related field.
. Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role.
. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
