Import-Export Specialist Position Import-Export Specialist Location Gandhinagar Experience Minimum 3 years in import-export operations Employment Type Full-time Roles Responsibilities Manage import-export documentation including preparing shipping documents certificates of origin and customs declarations Coordinate with freight forwarders carriers and customs brokers to ensure timely and cost-effective transportation of goods Monitor and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery and resolve any issues or delays that may arise Ensure compliance with import-export regulations including tariffs trade agreements and customs requirements Communicate with internal stakeholders including sales procurement and production teams to coordinate import-export activities and ensure alignment with business objectives Maintain accurate records of import-export transactions and ensure compliance with record-keeping requirements Analyse import-export data and identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization Stay up-to-date on changes in import-export regulations and industry trends to ensure compliance and mitigate risks Provide guidance and support to junior staff members involved in import-export operations Bachelor s degree in Business Administration International Trade or a related field Minimum of 3 years of experience in import-export operations preferably in manufacture industry Strong understanding of import-export documentation customs clearance procedures and international trade regulations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders Proven ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficiency in MS Office and import-export software tools Certification in import-export management or customs brokerage preferred Job Type Full-time Pay 20 000 00 - 45 000 00 per month Schedule Day shift Supplemental Pay Yearly bonus Application Question s Having Experience in Dangerous or Hazardous goods Work Location In person
