Job Description JOB TITLE: Business Development Representative JOB TYPE: Full-time INTERVIEW LOCATION: APA Engineering Pvt Ltd We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Business Development executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, conducting cold calls, and sending cold emails, as well as reaching out to potential clients via LinkedIn. The role requires the ability to work flexible timings to accommodate both US and Europe timings. Duties / Responsibilities Generate leads through various channels including online research and networking Reach out to leads generated via cold calls, cold emails & social networking platforms Run email campaigns to engage with prospects and nurture leads Fixing up appointments / meetings / Tele conferences for Managers Collaborate with the delivery team and identify opportunities Qualifications Bachelor's degree in any stream. Mechanical or Automotive engineering preferable 2 - 5 years of experience in a Business Development Representative role, preferably related to Mechanical industry Mechanical engineering degree or experience in selling engineering services Flexibility to work to accommodate US and German timings Proven track record of success in lead generation and cold outreach. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients. Ability to work independently and as part of a tea
