About Us Location - Hyderabad IndiaDepartment - Product R DLevel - Team Leader ProfessionalWorking Pattern - Work from office Benefits -DEI -Salary - this will be discussed at the next stage of the process if you do have any questions please feel free to reach out The Technical Product Owner plays a pivotal role in driving the development and success of products By closely collaborating with the Product Manager and cross-functional teams to gather requirements prioritize features and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality products this role offers an exceptional opportunity for aspiring Product Owners to gain valuable experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment fostering professional growth and impactful contributions Responsibilities Requirements Gathering Engage in collaborative efforts with stakeholders and internal teams to gather and document product requirements ensuring a clear understanding of the desired outcomes to drive effective product development Communication and Coordination Drive effective communication between the development team and stakeholders serving as a liaison to clarify requirements address concerns and ensure seamless project execution User Story Development Assist in breaking down high-level requirements into actionable user stories with clear acceptance criteria ensuring that the development team understands what needs to be built Sprint Review and Retrospective Contribute to sprint review sessions to ensure that the product meets customer expectations Participate in retrospectives to identify areas for improvement and implement lessons learned Product Documentation Assist in creating and maintaining product documentation including user manuals release notes and feature descriptions ensuring accuracy and completeness Progress Reporting Report on the progress of the development team to ensure any impacts are communicated and understood early to enable the team to xe2x80x98fail-fast Sprint Planning Participate in sprint planning sessions assisting the Product Manager in determining the scope of work for each sprint and establishing achievable goals Backlog Management Assist in maintaining and prioritizing the product backlog ensuring that user stories and tasks are well-defined estimated and prioritized based on business value and customer needs Skills and Experience 3 years of experience in a product-related role such as Product Analyst Business Analyst or similar Demonstrated experience in Agile methodologies is preferred Proven ability to identify and resolve problems effectively showcasing a proactive and solution-oriented mindset essential for efficient project management Experience with data analytics and metrics tracking desirable and strong analytical skills Ability to analyze complex problems break them down into smaller components and propose effective solutions Excellent Communication Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey ideas and requirements clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders Collaborative Nature Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-oriented cross-functional environment fostering collaboration and building strong relationships Attention to Detail Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail ensuring that requirements and deliverables are accurately documented and tracked Adaptability Comfortable working in a fast-paced dynamic environment and able to quickly adapt to changing priorities and business needs Passion for Technology Enthusiasm for emerging technologies software development processes and the ability to stay updated with the latest industry trends Self-Motivated A proactive individual who takes ownership of tasks and demonstrates the drive to learn grow and take on additional responsibilities About IdeagenIdeagen is the invisible force behind many things we rely on every day -
