We are looking for a Reservations Manager to join our team having relevant experience of at least 7 - 8 years This is a strict target driven role Key Deliverables Receive and log enquiries for short term accommodation Ensure conversion of the enquiry into a qualified booking Apprise the guest on the nooks and corners of the property including location layout pricing meals Give the guest and idea of their entire stay with a key focus on guest experience Work in sync with the operations team to manage schedule calendar Be in touch with the operations team to ensure deliverables promised to the guest Manage enquiries offline through social media references and online on Airbnb Create booking confirmations and update confirmed booking details on MS excel Manager distribution across various OTAs through a Channel Manager Requirements Good communication skills Super efficient with MS Excel and Word Listing experience on Airbnb MMT Experience with a channel manager is plus Knows how to welcome say a big Hi Be a great host Should have an eye for detail Comfortable working across various shift timings Ability to thrive under high pressure targets is preferred Job Type Full-time Pay Up to 50 000 00 per month Work Location In person
