Job Description

Responsibilities
The project coordinator will support senior Project Managers to service and execute market research projects by:

- Setting up and executing internal sampling plans and coordinating 3rd party fielding activity for successful completion of new and on-going projects to be delivered on time, on budget, and on scope.
- Assisting in project folder preparation, questionnaire review, data quality checks, and link testing.
- Monitoring progress against goals and reporting on targets and identifying project risks to alert PMs of changes in project scope.
- Assisting with project reconciliation, incentivization, and billing when appropriate.
- Other duties as assigned.

Experience

- 1 -2 years of work experience. Project Management experience is beneficial.

Knowledge & Skill

- Entry level for support roles with no or very little prior experience.. Works on simple and repetitive routines in standardized work.. Acquiring basic skills of basic routine operations, following step-by-step procedures requiring little or no previous experience.. Daily supervision is required.. Does not need to know about the organization in order to complete the work
