Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with educational and recruitment partners, developing and implementing growth strategies, and coordinating with internal teams to meet business objectives. The role requires frequent communication with stakeholders and a thorough understanding of market trends and customer needs. Qualifications - Experience in Business Development, Sales, and Account Management - Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills - Strategic Planning and Market Research skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and remotely - Proficiency in using CRM and sales software - Experience in the education sector is a plus - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
