Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sourcing Executive to join the team. The role involves supporting the identification, sourcing, and development of strong partnerships with real estate channel partners. The objective is to expand the network of trusted partners to effectively market and sell projects, while managing relationships, monitoring performance, and ensuring channel partners meet targets and standards. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and engage new channel partners while executing channel marketing plans. - Build and nurture long-term relationships with real estate agents, brokers, and other channel partners. - Stay updated with market trends, competitors, and industry standards to better align partnership strategies. - Coordinate site visits based on customer schedules and maintain strong relationships with potential buyers to drive conversions. - Manage client communication and attend all revisits with potential customers at developer sites. - Stay updated with market trends, competitors, and industry standards to better align partnership strategies. - Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging. Qualifications & Skills Required: Must be a graduate in any discipline. 02 years of experience in sales is preferable. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Excellent customer service orientation and interpersonal skills Ability to work under pressure with a results-driven attitude. Knowledge of local, state, and federal real estate regulations (RERA). Strong understanding of current real estate market trends and industry developments.
