Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Head to lead and grow our sales efforts in India and global markets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in selling digital marketing solutions such as SEO, Google Ads, Social Media Marketing, Web Development, and Branding services to businesses across industries.
Key Responsibilities
Own the sales strategy and revenue targets across domestic and international geographies.
Build and manage a high-performing sales team to drive business growth.
Identify and engage with potential clients across sectors, creating tailored pitches and proposals.
Drive outbound and inbound sales, handle RFPs/RFIs, and close high-value deals.
Collaborate with marketing, creative, and delivery teams to ensure alignment on client needs.
Maintain a strong sales pipeline through effective lead generation and CRM management.
Attend networking events, webinars, and industry conferences to represent the company and grow business.
Report on key metrics, forecasts, and performance insights to the management team.
Requirements
58 years of experience in B2B digital marketing sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Strong knowledge of digital services like SEO, Paid Ads, Website Development, Content Marketing, etc.
Proven success in closing deals with clients both in India and internationally.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce) is a plus.
