Location On-site Employment Type Full-time About Us We are Tech Box Hindi a creative advertising digital growth agency We help businesses scale through strategic campaigns storytelling and ROI-driven digital marketing Our clients span industries like healthcare real estate education technology and lifestyle Role Overview We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist who can plan execute and optimize paid campaigns across platforms like Meta Facebook Instagram Ads Google Ads YouTube LinkedIn and Display Networks The ideal candidate should be data-driven analytical and result-oriented with a strong focus on ROI Key Responsibilities Plan and manage end-to-end paid campaigns across Google Ads Meta Ads YouTube Ads LinkedIn Ads etc Create strategies for lead generation e-commerce sales and brand awareness campaigns Conduct keyword research competitor analysis and audience segmentation Optimize campaigns for CPC CTR ROAS CPA and other performance metrics Write compelling ad copies coordinate with designers for creatives Track analyze and prepare reports using Google Analytics Ads Manager Tag Manager A B test ad creatives audiences and landing pages for better performance Manage and optimize ad budgets to maximize ROI Stay updated with latest trends algorithms and tools in performance marketing Requirements Proven experience in Performance Marketing Paid Ads Strong knowledge of Google Ads Meta Ads YouTube Ads LinkedIn Ads Hands-on experience with Google Analytics Good understanding of SEO Funnels Remarketing Conversion Tracking Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously Excellent communication and reporting skills Nice-to-Have Skills Experience with e-commerce campaigns Shopify WooCommerce Amazon Ads Knowledge of automation tools CRM integration Creative mindset for ad copy visual suggestions Understanding of marketing funnels CRO conversion rate optimization Perks Benefits Work on diverse client projects across industries Growth-focused work culture with learning opportunities Performance-based incentives Flexible working mention if hybrid remote available Job Type Full-time Work Location In person
