Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist

Experience: 2 to 5 years

Education: Graduate, diploma/degree/certification in digital marketing is a plus.

Location: Kolkata / Durgapur

No of Positions: 1 (immediate hire)

Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Strategize and manage social media LinkedIn, Medium, Quora, Facebook, X, YouTube, Instagram, Pinterest, etc.
  2. Employer branding - Glassdoor, Naukri, Ambition Box, Indeed, Great Place to Work, etc.
  3. Lead generation & brand awareness initiatives through strategic social media and other digital marketing campaigns while taking complete ownership of the same.
  4. Google My Business – maintain profile and ensure reviews and ranking.
  5. Google Ads – PPC.
  6. Monitoring and analyzing digital marketing performance metrics to optimize campaign effectiveness and ROI.
  7. Email Marketing.
  8. Online Reputation Management - tracking Google alerts, mentions, and any digital footprint of the organization and its CEO.
  9. Content Marketing.
  10. Keyword research.
  11. SEO.
  12. Podcasts
  13. Conducting comprehensive market research to identify trends and opportunities.
  14. Managing tradeshows/webinars/web events marketing efforts to maximize brand visibility and engagement.
  15. Developing and implementing new and innovative digital marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
  16. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and coherence across all digital marketing initiatives.
  17. Monitoring and analyzing digital marketing performance metrics to optimize campaign effectiveness and ROI.
  18. Evaluate important metrics that affect our website traffic, service quotas, and target audience.
  19. Work with the team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.
  20. Oversee and manage all corporate campaigns like contests, giveaways, and other digital projects.
  21. Staying updated on industry best practices and emerging trends to improve digital marketing efforts continuously.

Skills:

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Well-versed with MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to develop innovative marketing strategies.
  • Should be well-versed with Canva.
  • Must have knowledge of email marketing tools.
  • Must leverage AI tools.
  • Excellent communicator and Team player.
  • Must be able to adapt to a multicultural work environment.
  • Should have an agile and learning mindset.
