RL - Mortgages - Zonal Sales Manager -Prime Mortgages- DSA
About the Business Group:
The Mortgages department is a part of the Retail Lending business of the bankand offers Home Loans and Loan against Property to all categories of customers Pan India.
About the Role:
This is a leadership role responsible for achieving business goals, optimizing profitability, overseeing compliance, and driving transformation within HL and LAP business. It involves strategic planning and execution to maximize revenue, enhance portfolio growth, and ensure risk compliance.

Sub-Department Retail Lending- Prime Mortgages Reporting (Business) SVPI/SVPII
Location Pan India Reporting (Matrix)
Key Responsibilities:
Business Goals and Profitability
- Monitor DSA productivity, lead funnel, and disbursement performance against targets.
- Partner and Channel Management - Managing and building relationship with multiple partners and drive channel activation and scaling business opportunities through rationale commercials.
Sales and Channel Development
- Manage and grow the Direct Sales Agent (DSA) network in the assigned region.
- Ensure onboarding, training, and activation of quality DSAs as per sourcing norms.
Compliance and Risk Management
- Implement robust controls for compliance, documentation, and risk management across DSAs.
- Ensure adherence to pricing, payout, and audit guidelines in the DSA channel.
Customer Experience
- Resolve partner and customer escalations efficiently to maintain service standards.
Digital Adoption and Innovation
- Drive penetration of digital sourcing and tools usage among partner networks.
Qualifications:
- Graduation/post-graduation from a recognized institute
- 10+ sales experience (secured products preferred) with at least 3-4 years in HL and LAP
Role Proficiencies:
- Strong sales orientation
- Proficiency in managing complex client relationships, diverse stakeholders
- Capability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
- Skill in managing large, geographically spread team coaching and mentoring team members
- Competence in managing within a dynamic, priority-setting environment
- Strong risk and compliance mindset
- Adept at communication and interpersonal skills
