Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Reginal Sales Manager to oversee all business development functions in Gurgaon This role will be responsible for driving the company s sales growth leading a high-performing team and ensuring the smooth execution of day-to-day operations The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in both operational management and business development with a proven ability to deliver exceptional results in a fast-paced environment Key Responsibilities - Lead and manage all business development functions for the north Region - Identify and approach potential B2B clients pitch FuelBuddy s services and convert leads into long term customers - Develop and implement effective strategies to drive growth and operational efficiency across the region - Identify and target potential business opportunities and clients building FuelBuddy s presence in the local market - Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers ensuring long-term partnerships and customer satisfaction - Drive sales performance meeting and exceeding targets by proactively managing sales pipelines and executing follow-up strategies - Lead and mentor a team providing guidance and support to ensure team goals are met and performance standards are upheld - Collaborate across-department with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding service delivery and operational execution - Oversee market research and competitor analysis to keep up with industry trends and client needs - Manage client accounts ensuring timely collections and effective credit cycle management - Prepare and present sales forecasts performance reports and strategic updates to senior management Requirements - Years of experience in B2B sales or Enterprise SME Sales preferably in the fuel Logistics Lubricants Industrial Products Construction Travels Healthcare Automotive or related industries - Proven leadership experience in managing both sales and operations teams - In-depth knowledge of B2B sales processes client relationship management and business development strategies - Strong understanding of sales and operational dynamics - Excellent communication negotiation and team leadership skills - Ability to drive results while managing multiple priorities and deadlines - Must own a vehicle and a laptop for work purposes - Willingness to travel extensively within assigned areas ref updazz com
