Oversee and coordinate daily logistics operations to ensure timely receipt, storage, and dispatch of materials. 2. Conduct quality checks on inbound and outbound materials to ensure compliance with established standards and client requirements. 3. Monitor and maintain accurate documentation related to shipments, inventory movement, and quality records. 4. Collaborate with suppliers, transporters, warehouse teams, and internal departments to resolve logistics-related issues. 5. Ensure adherence to safety, compliance, and quality protocols throughout all logistics processes.Track inventory levels, identify discrepancies, and support periodic stock audits. 6. Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly logistics and quality reports.Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize logistics efficiency and reduce operational delays. 7. Coordinate with Quality Assurance and Operations teams to ensure seamless workflow and communication. Qualifications 1. Bachelor's degree or relevant diploma in Mechanical/Civil Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. 2. 36 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or quality-related roles (preferably in a similar industry). 3. Strong understanding of logistics processes, quality standards, and documentation practices.Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. 4. Proficiency in MS Office and logistics management systems (if applicable).Ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines effectively.
