Corporate Sales Manager (Gifting & Corporate Accounts)
About The Opportunity
A fast-growing player in the B2B corporate gifting, employee engagement and branded merchandise sector, focused on delivering curated gifting programs, bulk rewards and customised merch for enterprises across India. We combine creative curation, scalable sourcing and end-to-end fulfilment to help clients boost employee recognition, customer engagement and brand visibility. This is a fully remote India-based sales leadership role focused on acquiring and growing corporate accounts.
Role & Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end sales cycle for enterprise and mid-market accounts: prospect, qualify, demo, negotiate and close deals to meet quarterly revenue targets.
- Develop and execute multi-channel outreach (cold email, LinkedIn, referrals, events) to build and maintain a strong pipeline of corporate gifting opportunities.
- Manage key accountsdrive renewals, upsells and cross-sell initiatives while acting as the primary relationship owner for HR, Procurement and Marketing stakeholders.
- Prepare tailored proposals, pricing, and RFP responses; coordinate with design, sourcing and operations teams to deliver customised programs that meet client SLAs and budgets.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, produce regular forecasts and sales reports, and use data to refine targeting and win strategies.
- Partner with Customer Success and Operations to ensure on-time delivery, quality control and high NPS for enterprise programs.
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience (enterprise / mid-market); experience in corporate gifting, employee rewards, merchandising, events or related B2B services preferred.
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding revenue quotas and closing multi-stakeholder deals.
- Strong consultative selling, negotiation and stakeholder management skills with excellent written and verbal communication.
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools (Salesforce or HubSpot), pipeline management and forecasting using Excel or similar tools.
- Comfortable selling remotely using video demos, digital presentations and asynchronous outreach.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently in a remote-first environment.
Preferred
- Experience responding to RFPs and creating customised proposals for HR/Procurement/Marketing teams.
- Familiarity with sourcing, fulfilment and logistics for customised gifting programs and vendor coordination.
