We are seeking a courteous well-groomed and customer-focused Guest Relation Executive GRE to manage front-desk operations and ensure a smooth guest experience The ideal candidate will act as the first point of contact for all guests maintaining a professional demeanor while managing check-ins check-outs and guest inquiries efficiently Key Responsibilities Front Office Management Handle guest check-in and check-out procedures with professionalism and accuracy Guest Handling Greet and welcome guests warmly assist them with inquiries and ensure a comfortable stay experience Communication Coordinate with different departments Housekeeping Maintenance Operations to meet guest needs promptly Reservation Support Assist in managing room bookings confirmations and cancellations through calls emails and online platforms Complaint Resolution Address guest feedback or complaints courteously and ensure timely resolution Record Maintenance Maintain accurate guest records logs and reports for smooth daily operations Presentation Grooming Uphold the company s image through professional appearance and excellent customer service Required Skills Qualifications Education Minimum of a Bachelor s degree in Hospitality Hotel Management or a related field Experience Minimum 1 year of experience as a Front Office Executive Receptionist or Guest Relation Executive in the hospitality industry Technical Skills Familiarity with front desk software Property Management Systems PMS and basic computer applications MS Office Communication Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi Customer Orientation Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills with a positive attitude Professionalism Punctual disciplined and committed to maintaining confidentiality and guest satisfaction Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 10 000 00 - 15 000 00 per month Benefits Flexible schedule Work Location In person
