Job Overview

Sparsh Innovators Pvt Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales - Telecaller to join our dynamic sales team. This role focuses on generating leads, qualifying prospects, and closing deals through phone and other digital communication channels. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a persuasive sales approach, and a strong understanding of sales processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Client Acquisition :
- Proactively identify and qualify potential clients through outbound calling, email campaigns, and other lead generation activities.
- Conduct effective sales presentations and product demonstrations over the phone and online.
- Qualify leads based on pre-defined criteria and identify their needs.
- Close deals and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Market Research & Sales Strategy Development :
- Conduct basic market research to understand industry trends and customer needs.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of effective inside sales strategies.
- Provide feedback on market conditions and customer insights to the sales management team.
- Relationship Management :
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process.
- Address client queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Follow up with leads and prospects to nurture relationships and convert them into customers.
- Competitive Analysis :
- Understand competitor products and services to effectively position our offerings.
- Identify our strengths and weaknesses compared to the competition.
- Communicate the value proposition of our products/services to potential clients.

Qualifications

- Proven track record of success in inside sales or telecalling, preferably in a B2B environment (preferred, but not required for entry-level).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and target-driven.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor&aposs degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred, but not required.
