Role Overview:

We are seeking a Strategy Manager to define, execute, and scale growth strategies for our Digital Business. From crafting innovative product roadmaps to creating seamless client journeys, you'll drive customer acquisition, sharpen our competitive edge, and accelerate revenue growth.

What You'll Do:

Product Strategy & Development

• Define and execute the roadmap for Cash Market products, including Delivery, Stock SIP, ETF SIP, and US Stocks.

• Identify gaps in current offerings and design new features to drive customer engagement and adoption.

• Benchmark industry practices and ensure competitive positioning through continuous innovation.

Growth & Revenue Ownership

• Drive initiatives to increase Cash Market turnover, market share, and active client base.

• Embed nudges, journeys, and educational modules within digital platforms (app/web) to increase awareness and participation.

• Partner with the Marketing team to design and execute targeted campaigns that boost acquisition and retention.

• Analyze drop-off journeys and implement solutions to improve conversion rates.

• Collaborate with Technology and Design teams to enhance platform UX/UI for Cash Market products.

Analytics & Insights

• Track and monitor key business KPIs, including market turnover share, active delivery clients, Stock SIP AUM growth, and product-level client adoption.

• Conduct deep dives into client behavior to identify opportunities for upsell, cross-sell, and engagement improvement.

• Perform regular competitor benchmarking and market analysis to identify trends and maintain a strong competitive edge.

What You'll Need:

• Strong understanding of Equity Markets & Retail Broking Business with hands-on experience in Cash Product, SIP, ETF, Basket Products, and Cash Delivery segment.

• Skilled in customer journey design, digital product management, and enhancing user experiences.

• Strong analytical ability to interpret data, derive insights, and translate them into actionable strategies.

• Effective stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration with a track record of driving revenue-focused initiatives.
