We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Tele Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in tele sales and will be responsible for generating leads, building customer relationships, and achieving sales targets through effective communication and persuasive skills.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and services.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics set by the management.
- Provide accurate information regarding product features, benefits, and pricing to customers.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to share best practices and improve sales strategies.
Skills and Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in tele sales or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage customers effectively.
- Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to influence purchasing decisions.
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
