Job Description - Drive international trade operations for a global lifestyle label - Be part of a fast-growing premium fashion logistics team in India Job Description - Manage end-to-end export and import operations, ensuring compliance with regulations. - Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs authorities for smooth logistics processes. - Oversee documentation and ensure accuracy for all shipments. - Monitor and optimize supply chain processes to minimize delays and costs. - Collaborate with internal teams to align logistics operations with business objectives. - Handle international trade regulations and ensure adherence to all requirements. - Track shipments and resolve any issues related to delays or discrepancies. - Prepare reports and provide insights to improve operational efficiency. The Successful Applicant A successful Exim Lead should have: - Educational qualifications in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field. - 5-8 years of experience in export/import or global logistics. - In-depth knowledge of customs regulations, Incoterms, and trade documentation. - Strong coordination and communication skills with external agencies. - Proficiency in ERP/logistics systems (SAP or similar). - Analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive problem solver. - Experience in apparel, footwear, or retail logistics preferred.
