The India operations are expanding rapidly, offering exciting opportunities in logistics and brand management.Job DescriptionManage end-to-end export and import operations, ensuring compliance with regulations.Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs authorities for smooth logistics processes.Oversee documentation and ensure accuracy for all shipments.Monitor and optimize supply chain processes to minimize delays and costs.Collaborate with internal teams to align logistics operations with business objectives.Handle international trade regulations and ensure adherence to all requirements.Track shipments and resolve any issues related to delays or discrepancies.Prepare reports and provide insights to improve operational efficiency.The Successful ApplicantA successful Exim Lead should have:Educational qualifications in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.5-8 years of experience in export/import or global logistics.In-depth knowledge of customs regulations, Incoterms, and trade documentation.Strong coordination and communication skills with external agencies.Proficiency in ERP/logistics systems (SAP or similar).Analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive problem solver.Experience in apparel, footwear, or retail logistics preferred.
