Job Position Senior Manager - Business Development CFD FEA CAD PRODUCTION PERFORMANCE TESTING IT Company Name TEFUGEN Technologies Private Limited Work Location Thuvakudy Trichy About TEFUGEN TEFUGEN Technologies Private Limited is a global provider of Engineering IT solutions but not limited to Computational Fluid Dynamics CFD Finite Element Analysis FEA CAD Modelling Performance Testing Field Engineering Services FES and Manufacturing Engineering analysis Software development Automation focusing on various industrial domains throughout the world We continue to expand our reach and capabilities to various industries including aerospace automobiles thermal power plants solar power plants and other energy power generation industries We constantly thrive to build our reputation and enabling our clients to recognize TEFUGEN as a company with high standards in offering cutting-edge solutions throughout the world Role Summary General Responsibilities Manage the sales of Computational Fluid Dynamics CFD Finite Element Analysis FEA Performance Testing services Production IT Identifying new sales leads Pitching products and services Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives Coordinating with the marketing activities with respect to the promotional facilities of the Company including brochures website promotions and advertising wherever appropriate Manage accounts and meet or exceed targets relating to revenue growth activities profit margin mix of products and services sales customer retention and customer acquisition Adhere to all quality standards and processes for the acquisition of customers opportunities and submission of tender and contract documents Producing proposals with high degree of concentration in response to enquiries from customers Close liaison with the technical departments in the delivery of projects and to ensure its submission within the deadlines Assisting the marketing activities by dealing follow-up with the enquiries with a motive to promote the service to potential new customers Increasing client base Conversing with the customers on briefing the Company s profile and understanding their requirements Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers and building trust and long-term relationships with clients customers Improve the customer experience and build brand loyalty Establishing effective pricing policies and strategies Managing records of sales revenue and other important data Attending conferences meetings and industry events Assisting in any kind of commercial marketing activities which may arise on an ad hoc basis Qualifications Requirements Experience 10 Years in Energy Manufacturing Sectors Education B E B Tech M E M Tech - Mechanical or Chemical Engineering M Sc Maths M Sc Physics or any degree with CFD FEA knowledge Industrial Type Manufacturing Industrial Production Machinery Analysis or Consulting Engineering Company Analysis Company - Preferable Function Area Business Development Skills required Knowledge in CFD FEM Performance Testing Production IT Knowledge and good understanding in Fluid Dynamics Fluid Mechanics Process calculation Thermodynamics and Production Familiar with CAD and mesh generation software programs Good written and oral communication skills Should have good negotiating skills Extensive travel in India abroad Job Type Full-time Pay 25 000 00 - 50 000 00 per month Benefits Food provided Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
