Company Growwake IT Software Training Placement Firm Location Trichy Tamil Nadu Focus on Local Regional Market Compensation 15 000 to 18 000 per month High Incentives Job Summary Growwake is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive BDE to drive the growth of our IT Software Training and Placement services in the Trichy region and beyond The BDE will be responsible for identifying new market opportunities generating qualified leads for our certification courses AWS Cyber Security Digital Marketing etc building strong client relationships and achieving enrollment targets This role offers a competitive fixed salary and an attractive incentive structure for high performance It requires excellent communication skills and a passion for connecting talent with technology training Compensation Incentive Structure Fixed Monthly Salary 15 000 to 18 000 Based on experience and interview performance Incentives Highly lucrative performance-based commission and bonus structure linked directly to monthly quarterly enrollment targets and successful B2B corporate tie-ups High performers can significantly increase their total earnings Key Responsibilities 1 Lead Generation Market Penetration Conduct market research to identify potential clients corporate training needs and emerging trends in the IT training and software solutions space in Trichy and neighboring cities Actively generate new business leads through cold calling networking email campaigns social media and on-site visits to colleges and businesses Focus heavily on B2B sales for corporate training contracts and institutional partnerships Colleges Universities 2 Sales Target Achievement Present promote and sell Growwake s range of high-demand IT courses and placement services to prospective students and institutional partners Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales enrollment targets and revenue goals Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to contract closure ensuring a smooth transition for new enrollments 3 Client Relationship Management CRM Build and maintain strong long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders including placement officers department heads HR managers and individual student leads Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system Act as the primary point of contact for new client onboarding and follow-up 4 Marketing Support Collaborate with the marketing team on executing promotional events seminars workshops and digital campaigns to drive foot traffic and inquiries Provide regular feedback to the management team regarding market demands and competitor activity in the Trichy IT education sector Required Skills Qualifications Education Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field Experience 1-3 years of proven experience in Business Development Sales or Client Management preferably within the IT Education or Training industry Sales Acumen Strong understanding of the sales process excellent negotiation skills and a track record of meeting targets Communication Fluent in English and Tamil essential for the Trichy market Exceptional written and verbal communication and presentation skills Technical Familiarity Basic understanding of modern IT concepts and technology courses e g Cloud Digital Marketing Coding to effectively communicate product value Soft Skills Highly organized proactive self-motivated and capable of working independently and as part of a team Job Type Full-time Pay From 15 000 00 per month Work Location In person
