The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving sales for curriculum-based educational solutions across schools and colleges Key Responsibilities - Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets within the assigned region. - Identify, approach, and build strong relationships with schools, colleges, and institutional decision makers. - Present and promote Ed-Tech or curriculum-based solutions effectively to educational institutions. - Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and maintain competitive intelligence. - Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closure. - Maintain accurate records of all client interactions, proposals, and sales activities in CRM. - Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, and support) to ensure client satisfaction. - Prepare and present periodic sales reports, forecasts, and market insights. Required Skills - Experience: Minimum 5 years in Ed-Tech sales / B2B institutional sales / school or college curriculum sales. - Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Tamil and English. - Technical Understanding: Strong knowledge of EdTech solutions, digital learning platforms, or curriculum-based education offerings. - Sales Discipline: Proven ability to manage leads, pipelines, and customer relationships using CRM tools. - Travel: Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region. - Personality: Self-motivated, target-driven, and accountable with a strong sense of ownership and follow-up discipline. - Teamwork: Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with internal teams. Preferred Qualifications: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or related field. - Experience in handling school or college tie-ups, academic partnerships, or institutional B2B sales. - Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
