Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Business administration).

Experience : 10-15 Years

Skills:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Negotiation skill
- Knowledge of lubricants (Grease & Oil) and their applications.

Responsibilities:

- Actively seek out and develop new business opportunities within the lubricants market, focusing on identifying potential customers and understanding their needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers, providing them with excellent service and support.
- Meet or exceed established sales targets for lubricant products within the assigned territory.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Develop a deep understanding of Max Spare lubricant products and their applications to effectively promote them to customers.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, track progress against targets, and provide insights into sales performance.
- Proven experience in sales, particularly in the lubricants or related industries.
- Strong understanding of business principles, sales processes, and market dynamics.
