Job Title Sales Manager Location Bus Stand IMA Road near Pvt Thodupuzha Kerala Company Maharani Wedding Collection Industry Retail - Bridal Ethnic Wear Job Type Full-Time Experience 5-7 years Retail Bridal Women s Fashion Preferred About Maharani Wedding Collection Maharani Wedding Collection is a premium destination for bridal and ethnic fashion known for our curated range of luxurious lehengas sarees sherwanis and accessories We provide a personalized and elegant shopping experience for brides grooms and families Role Overview We are looking for a dynamic customer-focused Sales Manager to lead our in-store team The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills a flair for fashion and styling and a proven track record in sales preferably in bridal or ethnic retail Key Responsibilities Sales Customer Service Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Drive high standards of customer experience Handle VIP and bridal clients with professionalism and personal attention Offer fashion advice and styling tips based on customer preferences Team Leadership Manage and motivate the sales team including sales executives floor staff and trial room assistants Conduct daily briefings and regular sales training Manage shift schedules attendance and performance evaluations Store Operations Ensure the store is clean well-stocked and merchandise is well displayed Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with inventory and procurement teams Oversee billing and POS operations Customer Relationship Management Build long-term relationships with customers and follow up for feedback and repeat visits Handle customer queries complaints and after-sales service Reporting Coordination Maintain sales reports and analytics for management review Coordinate with marketing for in-store promotions and events Liaise with designers tailors and vendors as needed Required Skills Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Business Fashion or related field 5-7 years of experience in retail sales bridal or ethnic wear is a strong plus Strong communication and interpersonal skills Leadership and team management capabilities Excellent grooming and presentation Proficiency in MS Office and POS systems Preferred Qualities Passion for ethnic and bridal fashion Multilingual e g Hindi English regional language Ability to work on weekends and during festive seasons Creative with an eye for detail and trends Job Type Permanent Pay 40 000 00 - 60 000 00 per month Benefits Food provided Language English Preferred Work Location In person
