or employee The Impact you will have in this role This WDS Coordinator is responsible for managing the coordination of day-to-day facility operations furniture fixture and equipment FFE repairs and maintenance in the designated office and the role incumbent is expected to be physically present in the office 5 days per week other than whilst on leave This position is also responsible for supervision of outsourced facility operations staff Your Primary Responsibilities Oversees the operations maintenance and testing of building plumbing UPS HVAC emergency generators electrical and fire detection suppressions systems Supervise cleaning staff including execution of quality control processes Create and track Purchase Orders along with comparing actual spend versus available budget Monitoring of site s building monitoring systems and alarms Assists and co-ordinates aesthetic and facilities process improvements Liaises with site Regional Area Manager WDS manager and attend meetings when necessary Supports Health Safety a required including workplace risk assessments water testing air quality testing Oversight of amenities such as coffee vending parking event support Support office services group s mail shipping and receiving activities 24 7 Response to emergency situations relating to employees and or facilities Supports space planning analyzing space needs and managing moves relocations Aligns risk and control processes into day to day responsibilities to monitor and mitigate risk escalates appropriately Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of related experience Bachelor s degree preferred or equivalent experience Talents Needed for Success Ability to read architectural and engineering building drawings Excellent communication written skills and client focus Ability to use Microsoft Word Excel Power Point and Visio Experience with Nuvolo Work Order System or comparable CMMS Strong vendor relationship management skills The salary range is indicative for roles at the same level within DTCC across all US locations Actual salary is determined based on the role location individual experience skills and other considerations We are an equal
