The Impact you will have in this role:This WDS Coordinator is responsible for managing the coordination of day-to-day facility operations, furniture, fixture and equipment (FFE) repairs and maintenance in the designated office and the role incumbent is expected to be physically present in the office 5 days per week other than whilst on leave. This position is also responsible for supervision of outsourced facility operations staff. Your Primary Responsibilities: Oversees the operations, maintenance and testing of building plumbing, UPS, HVAC, emergency generators, electrical and fire detection/suppressions systemsSupervise cleaning staff, including execution of quality control processesCreate and track Purchase Orders along with comparing actual spend versus available budgetMonitoring of site's building monitoring systems and alarmsAssists and co-ordinates aesthetic and facilities process improvementsLiaises with site Regional Area Manager, WDS manager and attend meetings when necessarySupports Health & Safety a required including workplace risk assessments, water testing, & air quality testingOversight of amenities such as coffee, vending, parking, event supportSupport office services group's mail, shipping and receiving activities24/7 Response to emergency situations relating to employees and/or facilitiesSupports space planning, analyzing space needs and managing moves/relocationsAligns risk and control processes into day to day responsibilities to monitor and mitigate risk; escalates appropriately Qualifications:Minimum of 2 years of related experienceBachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience Talents Needed for Success:Ability to read architectural and engineering building drawingsExcellent communication & written skills and client focusAbility to use Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and VisioExperience with Nuvolo Work Order System (or comparable CMMS)Strong vendor relationship management skills The salary range is indicative for roles at the same level within DTCC across all US locations.
