Job Responsibilities Develop strong long-term partnerships with clients Serve as the main point of contact for client queries and needs Gather detailed job requirements including role skills experience and cultural fit Provide consultation to clients on hiring trends salary benchmarks and workforce planning Coordinate with the internal recruitment team to ensure positions are filled as per agreed timelines Track recruitment progress and proactively communicate updates to clients Schedule and manage regular client meetings updates and feedback sessions Facilitate interview coordination and candidate feedback Ensure candidates presented meet the quality standards and fitment required by the client Address client concerns or escalations professionally and resolve them quickly Key Skills Competencies Strong interpersonal and communication skills Proven experience in recruitment or HR services Account management or client service experience Problem-solving and negotiation skills Ability to work in a fast-paced target-driven environment Knowledge of ATS Applicant Tracking Systems and CRM tools is an advantage Requirements - Bachelor s degree in B Tech Business Administration Management or a related field - Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in client operations or a similar role - Strong leadership and team management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 15 000 00 - 45 000 00 per month Benefits Paid sick time Provident Fund Schedule Night shift Rotational shift US shift Weekend availability Supplemental Pay Performance bonus Work Location In person Expected Start Date 01 08 2025
