We re looking for problem solvers innovators and dreamers who are searching for anything but business as usual Like us you re a high performer who s an expert at your craft constantly challenging the status quo You value inclusivity and want to join a culture that empowers you to show up as your authentic self You know that success hinges on commitment that our differences make us stronger and that the finish line is always sweeter when the whole team crosses together Alteryx is searching for an IT Service Desk Analyst Technician based in our Bengaluru India office As an IT Service Desk Analyst your primary responsibilities are providing professional and efficient desktop support and customer care in a medium-large-sized enterprise environment A strong customer service mindset and demonstrated knowledge of Mac and PC troubleshooting is key to succeeding in this role We are a fast-growing company and there are many opportunities to contribute to the success of the IT team while growing and maturing your technical and customer service skillsets Participate in a 24 7 rotational shift to ensure high availability and support of authentication services Key Responsibilities Zealously promotes our Customer Centric approach working to be a part of our customer s solutions Directly involved in the troubleshooting and repair of End User Computing equipment desktops laptops printers conferencing room hardware Ensures all assigned tickets are updated and moving towards a successful resolution in a manner that meets or exceeds Service Level Objectives Participate in a 24 7 rotational shift to ensure high availability and support of authentication services Support of local and remote desktops and laptops in a mixed Microsoft and Apple environment Troubleshoot and support wireless and Remote connectivity VPN Virtual Private Network clients Web conferencing Printing and scanning and Email Software installation and troubleshooting Triage desktop connectivity issues and work with the appropriate teams to resolve issues Contribute to KB Knowledge Base article creation Requirements Demonstrated customer service troubleshooting skill sets Must be customer service focused desiring to exceed customer expectations at every opportunity Must be able to work independently yet adhere to company standards in areas of documentation planning and execution Proven ability to take ownership of job responsibilities with minimal oversight Effective communication and team collaboration skills At least 4 - 7 years of IT-related support experience Comfortable supporting executive team members Preferred Strong understanding of the Microsoft stack of applications Microsoft O365 Microsoft Teams Windows Operating Systems Windows 10 Active Directory Administration Group Policies Microsoft Exchange Online etc Full understanding of typical PC and Mac hardware and software installation Experience supporting smart phones and tablets Understanding of security practices including physical internet and wireless security Understanding of user authentication passwords and 2fa CompTIA Microsoft or Apple Certified Find yourself checking a lot of these boxes but doubting whether you should apply At Alteryx we support a growth mindset for our associates through all stages of their careers If you meet some of the requirements and you share our values we encourage you to apply As part of our ongoing commitment to a diverse equitable and inclusive workplace we re invested in building teams with a wide variety of backgrounds identities and experiences This position involves access to software technology that is subject to U S export controls Any job offer made will be contingent upon the applicant s capacity to serve in compliance with U S export controls
