As our Business Development Personnel you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities through architect interior designer and builder visits alongside representing the company at various events You will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to identify potential clients and help to expand our client base This position requires great communication and interpersonal skills as well as a fair understanding of the construction industry Key Responsibilities - Conduct regular visits to architects and interior designers to promote our products and services- Identify and develop relationships with new and existing clients- Generate leads by mapping and visiting under construction sites- Attend industry events and conferences to represent the company and network with potential clients- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop sales strategies and promotional materials- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of industry trends competitors and market conditions- Prepare and deliver presentations to clients- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on business development activitiesQualifications - Experience in business development or sales in the construction industry- Good knowledge of construction industry- Proven track record of developing and closing sales deals- Great communication presentation and negotiation skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Willingness to travel and attend industry events as needed- If you are a motivated and driven individual with a passion for business development in the construction industry we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity Schedule - Day shift- Supplemental Pay - Overtime pay- Yearly bonus- Ability to commute relocate Delhi Delhi Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Preferred Experience Sales Minimum 7 years Preferred Language - Hindi and English Preferred ref updazz com
