5 00 a m IST Summary We are seeking a passionate proactive luxury leisure sales manager to join our innovative sales and marketing team A charismatic strategic team player that can sell and create bespoke unique client experiences Target solicit and cultivate business within the luxury and leisure market segment with efforts directed toward building business relationships with key consortia and Calliope Collective securing revenue A Lifetime Opportunity for Hospitality Sales Marketing Professionals to be part of new generation booking platform for Lifestyle Resorts in USA The Lifetime Opportunity is created by one of the best customer acquisition company www etechgs com and one of the best lifestyle resort www amritocean com in USA in alliance with founders of current hospitality booking platform If you re a high-performing growth-driven professional with a passion for hospitality and innovation this is your chance to join a fast-growing company at the forefront of industry transformation We are looking for Group sales manager Leisure sales manager Local sales manager Residential Rental Manager Wellness retreat salesperson Don t miss out connect with us now and discover where your talent can take you Role Description This is a full-time role for a Leisure Sales Manager The role involves day-to-day tasks related to leisure sales communication and customer service Responsibilities Solicit new and develop existing accounts to exceed revenue goals through telephone solicitation outside sales calls and virtual communication Prepare correspondence to customers internal booking reports and file maintenance Participate in scheduled sales meetings trainings and other sales strategy related meetings as required Develop maintain knowledge of market trends competition and customers Professionally represent the hotel in community and industry organizations and events Proactively manage qualify and solicit all existing and new leisure accounts in assigned territory Maintain and further develop leisure database Ensure that accounts are rated according to Amrit Wellness Resort s coding system Create Need Period database for traditional low occupancy dates Develop promotions and sales campaigns for implementation in the leisure market segment in conjunction with the Director of Sales Marketing Responsible for analyzing yearly consortia and leisure programs to ensure strategic fit with annual business goals Contribute to the annual marketing plans and budget process Review goals and action plan on a scheduled basis Maintain expenses within the budgeted guidelines Helps develop new marketing tools collateral for the leisure market segment Coordinate and monitor scheduled direct mail efforts in conjunction with the DOSM Marketing Manager Conduct sales calls on key accounts as well as target new business Organize sales blitzes in assigned territory with Regional Sales Office and sister properties Represent resort at appropriate travel industry webinars and conferences Identify and participate in appropriate networking channels and action plans to maximize exposure opportunity Maintain knowledge of Amrit Wellness Resort to facilitate cross selling Build relationships with sales counterparts from Regional Sales Office and sister hotels to relay leads and requests Communicate need period dates and respond promptly to all leads Prepare and submit timely monthly reports to Director of Sales Marketing Recognize and include communication of market trends and competitive intelligence Attend sales meetings and leadership training sessions as required All other duties as required Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Hospitality Management Business Administration or a related field Minimum of 3 years of proven sales experience in any 5 star Luxury Hotel Group Strong understanding of the South Florida overall US Hotel market Excellent communication interpersonal and presentation skills Proven ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies Leisure Sales and Customer Service skills Excellent Communication skills in English and US Accent Experience in International Trade and International Business Strong negotiation and networking abilities Knowledge of different cultures and languages is a plus Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software Must be highly organized detail-oriented and able to work independently A passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service Benefits Competitive salary and commission structure Comprehensive benefits package including insurance Paid time off and holidays Company-provided accommodation included Opportunities for professional development and growth Pay Range 45K-50K INR Month Start Date Immediate Joining Job Type Full-time Pay 45 000 00 -
