Job Description:

Responsibilities
Generate new leads through outbound calling, emails and social media channels
Take ownership for initial stages of sales development cycle: new business research, preliminary needs assessment/analysis and initial introduction to the pre sales team.
Actively build, manage and report on sales activities and pipeline using Salesforce CRM.
Understand company services and products in order to generate new business opportunities.
Maintain daily sales and productivity records. Present weekly performance against sales targets in company meetings.
Build strong relationships with prospects through regular and systematic follow up and contact programs.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing or Commerce.
2 to 4 years of successful B2B outbound Sales experience in IT industry, working for North America or European client acquisitions.
Good knowledge within a variety of industries, with experience and/or understanding of IT systems
Proven track record in IT sales with a demonstrated ability to negotiate with clients
