Position Overview
We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Business Development Executive with proven experience in digital marketing agency sales. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, pitching agency services, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities for the agency.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Pitch digital marketing services (SEO, SEM, Social Media Marketing, Meta/Google Ads, Content Marketing, Web Development, etc.) to prospective clients.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Collaborate with internal teams (media, creative, strategy, and tech) to design customized digital solutions.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to agency revenue growth.
- Keep track of industry trends, competitor offerings, and digital marketing innovations.
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline and reporting in CRM tools.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in business development/sales within a digital marketing or advertising agency (mandatory).
- Strong understanding of digital marketing services and solutions.
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple leads, pitches, and proposals simultaneously.
- Self-motivated with a growth-driven mindset.
