We're looking for an experienced and visionary Team Leader – O2C Business Analyst to join our Shared Service Center in Bangalore. If you're passionate about transforming reporting into business analytics and have a strong background in data, leadership, and stakeholder management, this is your opportunity

Location: Bangalore (Hybrid)

Experience Required: 9+ years (2–3 years in a People Manager/Team Lead role mandatory)

Notice Period: Candidates with 30–45 day notice periods preferred

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage a team of 8–13 analytics professionals
- Drive transformation from reporting to advanced analytics
- Collaborate with Sales, IT, Finance & SSC teams to align strategies
- Deliver high-impact insights using tools like Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Oracle, Python
- Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance
- Champion process excellence and support transitions using Lean/Six Sigma

What We're Looking For:

- Strong analytical skills and strategic mindset
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Proficiency in data analytics tools & cloud/big data knowledge
- Background in shared services / automotive domain is a plus
- Six Sigma Green Belt preferred
