About the Role (O2C Business Analyst - team lead):

We are looking for a hands-on Business Analyst for this role with Order to Cash (O2C) experience. One who is ANALYTICALLY SHARP, willing to delve into details, understand process and link it to KPIs. Must have worked in digital and automation initiatives with IT teams. If you love solving business challenges working with clients, then this is the role for you.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of 8–13 analytics professionals

Drive transformation from reporting to advanced analytics

Collaborate with Sales, IT, Finance & SSC teams to align strategies

Deliver high-impact insights using tools like Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Oracle, Python

Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance

Champion process excellence and support transitions using Lean/Six Sigma

·      Ideate and scoping: Understand the business problem and create/review solutions; Suggest new ways of solving challenging problems

·      Create business case & ROI – Craft KPI improvement and financial ROI storyline. Build recommendation for the client

·      Help design the Technical Solution - Create solutions for customers; Perform estimates and develop project plan.

·      Testing & Delivery: Ensure flawless and bug free delivery following standard process, methods and toolsets

·      Collaborate: Interface with various clients teams connected to delivery of projects. Ex: Infrastructure/IT, Operations

·      Innovate: Suggest new ways of working, Develop reusable components and IP for the organization

·      Good Presenter: Ability to present and hold an audience (including technical details to a non-technical audience)

·      Good Negotiator: Ability to handle & manage conflicts and resolve issues

·      People Manager: Good Team management skills

Educational Qualifications -

·      BE/BTech/BSc/IT

·      Min 75% marks (or equivalent CGPA) throughout

·

Work Mode: Hybrid, In-Office (Senzcraft or Client) and Work from Home

Location: Bangalore (Hybrid)

Experience Required: 9+ years (2–3 years in a People Manager/Team Lead role mandatory)

Notice Period: Candidates with 30–45 day notice periods preferred

Shift: Europe Shift - 12 to 9 PM IST
