About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Business Consultant with strong expertise in the Order-to-Cash (O2C) process, Reporting & Analytics, and Consulting. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working with multiple clients, driving process excellence, and leading high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of 8–13 analytics professionals with a focus on performance, career growth, and delivery excellence.
  • Drive O2C process optimization, automation, and transformation initiatives across diverse client engagements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, IT, Finance, and Shared Service Centers (SSC) to deliver actionable business insights.
  • Develop and implement reporting and advanced analytics solutions using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Oracle, Python.
  • Define and monitor KPIs, metrics, and dashboards to ensure process visibility and effectiveness.
  • Build business cases, ROI models, and transformation roadmaps for clients.
  • Ensure data quality, compliance, and governance while driving continuous process improvements.

Must-Have Attributes & Experience:

Strong Consulting Experience – Proven background in consulting, with exposure to working across multiple clients and industries.

O2C Expertise – Deep understanding of end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes, best practices, and transformation levers.

Reporting & Analytics – Hands-on experience with Power BI or Tableau, strong skills in reporting, dashboards, and data visualization.

ERP & SAP Exposure – Practical knowledge of ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, or similar) to support O2C operations and analytics.

People Management – Minimum 2–3 years of experience in team leadership, stakeholder management, and mentoring.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in process improvement and automation initiatives.
  • Exposure to Python, SQL, or other advanced analytics tools.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and deliver measurable outcomes.

Role Details:

Location: Bangalore (Hybrid)

Shift: Europe Shift (12 PM – 9 PM IST)

Experience: 9+ years (with 2–3 years in People Management)

Notice Period: 30–45 days preferred
