Senzcraft is also recognized by NY based SSON as a top hyper-automation solutions provider.About the Role: We are looking for an experienced Business Consultant with strong expertise in the Order-to-Cash (O2 C) process, Reporting & Analytics, and Consulting. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working with multiple clients, driving process excellence, and leading high-performing teams.Key Responsibilities:Lead and mentor a team of 8–13 analytics professionals with a focus on performance, career growth, and delivery excellence.Drive O2 C process optimization, automation, and transformation initiatives across diverse client engagements.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, IT, Finance, and Shared Service Centers (SSC) to deliver actionable business insights.Develop and implement reporting and advanced analytics solutions using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Oracle, Python.Define and monitor KPIs, metrics, and dashboards to ensure process visibility and effectiveness.Build business cases, ROI models, and transformation roadmaps for clients.Ensure data quality, compliance, and governance while driving continuous process improvements.Must-Have Attributes & Experience: Strong Consulting Experience – Proven background in consulting, with exposure to working across multiple clients and industries. O2 C Expertise – Deep understanding of end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes, best practices, and transformation levers. Reporting & Analytics – Hands-on experience with Power BI or Tableau, strong skills in reporting, dashboards, and data visualization. ERP & SAP Exposure – Practical knowledge of ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, or similar) to support O2 C operations and analytics. People Management – Minimum 2–3 years of experience in team leadership, stakeholder management, and mentoring. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.Preferred Skills:Experience in process improvement and automation initiatives.Exposure to Python, SQL, or other advanced analytics tools.Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and deliver measurable outcomes.????
