This role is for one of the Weekday's clients Min Experience: 2 years Location: India JobType: full-time This role focuses on acquiring and managing large enterprise brands that require extensive warehousing footprints, regional expansion, or high-throughput fulfilment environments. You will collaborate closely with senior brand leaders to understand operational challenges and design fulfilment setups that support their scale, SKU mix, and growth plans. The position requires strong solutioning capability, commercial ownership, and the ability to manage complex enterprise sales cycles end-to-end. Requirements Key Responsibilities Enterprise Brand Acquisition - Identify and engage mid-market and enterprise brands across key categories such as FMCG, beauty, fashion, electronics, appliances, and home goods. - Build strong relationships with COOs, Heads of Supply Chain, and Operations leaders. - Assess requirements across warehousing space, throughput, regions, compliance, and technology needs. Fulfilment Solutioning - Convert brand requirements into operational layouts, capacity and throughput plans, manpower models, and SLA frameworks. - Design fulfilment strategies across multi-city or large single-site locations. - Coordinate with internal operations and product teams to validate feasibility, costing, and implementation readiness. Proposal Development & Deal Closure - Develop structured proposals covering solutions, operational scope, and commercials. - Lead client discussions, proposal reviews, site visits, and commercial negotiations. - Own the full sales cycle from discovery through contract signing. Market & Account Strategy - Monitor expansion triggers such as volume surges, capacity constraints, channel additions, or geographic growth. - Maintain a clear quarterly pipeline with consistent movement across stages. - Work with leadership to prioritize key accounts and identify new market opportunities. Cross-Functional Coordination - Work with internal operations and infrastructure teams to shortlist warehouse options aligned with brand needs. - Support site assessments, feasibility checks, and readiness reviews. What Makes You a Great Fit - 2–5 years of experience in enterprise sales, warehousing solutions, logistics, industrial real estate, or supply chain consulting. - Strong understanding of fulfilment operations, warehouse design principles, and space utilization. - Ability to run structured discovery conversations with senior operations leaders. - Proven experience creating solution proposals and commercial models. - Comfortable managing complex deals with full ownership, accountability, and clear communication. - Familiarity with major warehousing markets such as NCR, Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Ahmedabad, or Kolkata. - A proactive, relationship-driven approach with the ability to align operational feasibility with brand requirements.
