Role overview We're hiring a Sales Leader for APAC & EMEA to build and scale a high-performance motion across mid-market and enterprise. You'll lead senior Account Executives, own new ARR targets, and run a rigorous sales cadence- from pipeline creation to late-stage deal strategy- while modeling high empathy, cultural sensitivity, and an international mindset. Location:Chennai (Work From Office; frequent customer travel across APAC/EMEA) Experience:1320 years in B2B SaaS sales, with proven EMEA sales experience Compensation: 60L1Cr OTE What you'll do - Own new ARR for APAC & EMEA; deliver predictable quarter-on-quarter growth. - Lead, coach, and scale a team of senior AEs (hiring, onboarding, playbooks, joint-selling). - Run a weekly sales cadence (1:1s, pipeline/forecast reviews, deal strategy, post-mortems). - Drive full-funnel execution across SMB and mid-market deals, with selective enterprise pursuits. - Shape regional territory plans, ICP focus, and account tiering - Own deal governance (MEDDICC or similar), mutual close plans, executive alignment, and commercial structuring. - Collaborate with Marketing, CS, and Product to refine messaging, references, and expansion plays. - Maintain forecast accuracy and data hygiene in CRM; instrument leading indicators and win-loss insights. - Champion a high-empathy, high-standards culture; recognize wins and coach gaps. What you'll bring. - B2B SaaS hunter-leader with 1320 yrs experience and hands-on EMEA sales (multi-country cycles, procurement, data/privacy norms, local holidays/cadences). - Track record of leading senior AEs and closing $100k$200k mid-market deals; comfortable with $5k SMB deals - Number-driven operator: pipeline coverage modeling, stage conversion, win rate, sales velocity, and margin control. - Mastery of sales process (MEDDICC/BANT/SPICED), executive storytelling, negotiation, and multi-threading. - People-first leader: high empathy, high accountability; builds trust, clarity, and momentum. - International mindset & cultural sensitivity across APAC/EMEA; willing to travel for field meetings and events. Must have skills : - At least 12 years of experience. - Experience with EMEA/ Europe sales. - Experience of selling mid market deal size of $100k ARR. - Experience of leading atleast 3-4 AEs.
