Job Description Roles & Responsibilities: Customer Engagement & Discovery: - Interact with top Consumer Goods Companies (CPG) to understand business processes and challenges. - Conduct detailed discovery to identify value that can be addressed with SalesCode.ai solutions. Solution Presentation & Demonstration: - Configure and present software demonstrations tailored to customer-specific processes. - Articulate the SalesCode value proposition and vision effectively. - Translate business requirements into compelling, relevant software demos. Relationship Building: - Develop business and technical peer relationships in key accounts. - Work closely with the sales team to maintain and grow customer relationships. Collaboration & Feedback: - Collaborate with Product and Sales leadership to prioritize opportunities. - Provide feedback to product management and engineering teams to capture new customer requirements and enhancements. - Lead interdisciplinary project teams and ensure successful delivery of customer projects. Pre-sales Expertise: - Respond to RFIs / RFPs and prepare high-quality proposals, presentations, and demos. - Demonstrate strong knowledge of the complete sales lifecycle and Sales Automation platforms. Additional Expectations: - Comfortably interact with stakeholders at all levels, including CEOs of large corporations. - Maintain confidence in presenting software demos and leading technical pre-sales discussions. - Experience in enterprise Sales Automation or CRM implementation preferred.
