About the Opportunity Job Type Permanent Application Deadline 09 July 2025 Title Senior Manager FACET CCoE Department Finance Location Gurgaon Reports To Associate Director Level 6 Senior Manager Fidelity International offers investment solutions and services and retirement expertise to more than 2 5 million customers globally As a privately held purpose-driven company with a 50-year heritage we think generationally and invest for the long term Operating in more than 25 locations and with 616 billion in total assets our clients range from central banks sovereign wealth funds large corporates financial institutions insurers and wealth managers to private individuals We re proud to have been helping our clients build better financial futures for over 50 years How have we achieved this By working together - and supporting each other - all over the world So join our insert name of team business area team and feel like you re part of something bigger About your team The Cost CoE team was formed in mid 2022 to address the complexity drivers around cost create a scalable operating model and deliver services that drive business performance and ensure regulatory compliance To progress on the vision of building cost CoE the primary responsibility of this role would be enhancing the transparency and quality of costs related datasets The candidate will be responsible to support drive strategic programmes and develop implementation plans by coordinating with leaders across Controllership and Business finance The candidate will also contribute to creation and implementation of best practices cost estimation vision strategy policies processes and procedures to aid and improve both strategic partnerships and operational aspects About your role The FACET arm within the Cost Center of Excellence CoE is responsible for capability creation and innovation across AI Python data engineering automation and project management to drive efficiency and decision-making in Finance As a Senior Manager you will play a critical role in leading strategic capability-building initiatives managing large-scale projects and driving cross-functional adoption of emerging tools and processes This role requires a blend of strong project management expertise finance transformation knowledge and a deep understanding of new-age technologies Key Responsibilities 1 Project Leadership Execution Lead and oversee multiple large-scale projects focused on capability building in Finance Develop and manage project roadmaps governance structures and execution plans to ensure successful implementation Identify key use cases for AI Python automation and data engineering within Finance and drive adoption Manage project risks interdependencies and ensure seamless execution through Agile and traditional project methodologies 2 Capability Building Technology Adoption Establish and implement best practices for new technologies in Finance Drive training knowledge-sharing and skill-building programs for teams on AI Python data engineering and automation Build a structured framework for measuring capability adoption and impact 3 Stakeholder Change Management Partner with Finance Technology and Business teams to integrate new tools and capabilities into BAU processes Lead change management efforts ensuring smooth adoption and engagement across functions Present updates business cases and impact assessments to senior leadership 4 Process Optimization Innovation Evaluate finance processes to identify areas for automation AI integration and advanced analytics Develop proof-of-concept PoC models and lead their full-scale implementation Establish best practices and governance models for sustained improvements About you 8 to 10 years of experience in finance transformation project management or technology-driven capability building Strong project management expertise PMP PRINCE2 Agile Six Sigma preferred Exposure to Finance processes FP A cost management shared services Knowledge of AI Python Power BI data engineering or automation tools Excellent stakeholder management analytical and problem-solving skills Proven track record in leading capability-building initiatives in Finance or Technology Hands-on experience with financial automation AI ML or data analytics Experience in finance shared services FP A or cost allocation models
