Job Title Senior Manager - Operations Location Gurgaon Function Operations Experience Required 5 Years Company Frozen Fun - Authentic Italian Gelato About Frozen Fun Frozen Fun is India s go-to destination for authentic Italian gelato With a loyal customer base and stores in Delhi-NCR Mumbai we pride ourselves on delivering premium quality consistent taste and delightful experiences in-store and online Visit us at Role Overview We are looking for a dynamic Senior Manager - Operations to oversee and optimize day-to-day operations across 10 retail outlets in Gurgaon and surrounding regions This role involves team leadership operational strategy execution supply chain coordination and maintaining Frozen Fun s quality and customer service standards Key Responsibilities Lead and manage daily operations across 10 outlets in the region Supervise and guide outlet managers and frontline teams to ensure performance and accountability Implement and maintain SOPs to drive consistency hygiene and operational efficiency Manage supply chain and inventory especially cold storage handling and frozen product movement Ensure excellent customer experience and adherence to Frozen Fun s brand and quality standards Collaborate with logistics and procurement teams to ensure timely product replenishment Monitor key operational metrics including sales performance wastage feedback and stock levels Identify process improvements reduce pilferage wastage and optimize product flow Support new outlet launches vendor coordination and team hiring training as part of expansion Report to the Head of Operations and work closely with cross-functional stakeholders Preferred Candidate Profile Minimum 5 years of experience in F B Retail Operations preferably managing multi-unit outlets Hands-on experience with cold chain logistics frozen desserts or FMCG retail is highly desirable Proven ability to manage multi-location operations team performance and customer service quality Strong organizational communication and problem-solving skills Proficient in operational analytics and team productivity tracking Bachelor s or Master s degree in Business Administration Hospitality Food Tech or related field
