Inviting applications for the role of Manager, Risk and control

You will contribute to the development and implementation of an effective risk and compliance assurance program that supports the three lines of defense model and aligns to and supports the Bank Group strategy and objectives.

Responsibilities

As a Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring adherence to:

a.Regulatory Compliances

b.Contractual Compliances

c.Process Controls.

.Create a strategy for preventingviolations of regulatory compliances, contractual compliances, process controls

.Evaluate the efficiency of controls

.Identify risks or non-conformity issues

.Identify compliance issues and necessary training

Qualifications we seek in you

Minimum Qualification

.Qualifications- Masters or equivalent/relevant bachelor%27s degree

.Risk & Compliance, Audit, Assurance experience

Preferred Qualifications/Skills

.Experience in the field of Risk Management
