Description

The HR Head for Manufacturing will be responsible for leading the human resources function for our manufacturing operations in Pithampur. This role will focus on developing and implementing HR strategies that support business objectives, managing talent acquisition, fostering employee engagement, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.

Responsibilities

- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategy of the manufacturing unit.
- Manage recruitment and selection processes to attract top talent for various manufacturing roles.
- Oversee performance management processes, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Facilitate employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment and enhance employee satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, and manage employee relations effectively.
- Lead training and development programs to upskill employees and prepare them for future roles within the organization.
- Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement in the workforce.

Skills and Qualifications

- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices, particularly in the manufacturing sector.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition and workforce planning.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team of HR professionals.
- Experience with HR software and systems, including performance management tools and applicant tracking systems.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret HR data and make informed decisions.
