Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collect and verify attendance data for monthly payroll.
  2. Maintain wages register and salary slips
  3. Coordinate with accounts/finance for clearing monthly bills.
  4. Monitor daily attendance and update HRMS or attendance software.
  5. Maintain leave records (CL, SL, EL) and ensure policy adherence.
  6. Prepare and file monthly challans.
  7. Keep updated records of compliance filings.
  8. Maintain up-to-date employee files (both digital and physical).
  9. Ensure documentation like ID cards, contracts, are issued properly.
  10. Update employee database regularly.
  11. Coordinate with vendors (security, housekeeping, etc.).
  12. Handle employee grievances and escalate when required.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.(MBA Preferably)
  • 2-3 years of experience in HR and administration (preferably Manufacturing industry)
  • knowledge of in MS Excel and HRMS/payroll software.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

Preferred candidate profile:

  1. Familiarity with software like Spine, etc.
  2. Experience in manufacturing industries is a plus.
  3. Ability to work in rotational Shifts.
