
HR & Admin - Officer

Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and verify attendance data for monthly payroll.
- Maintain wages register and salary slips
- Coordinate with accounts/finance for clearing monthly bills.
- Monitor daily attendance and update HRMS or attendance software.
- Maintain leave records (CL, SL, EL) and ensure policy adherence.
- Prepare and file monthly challans.
- Keep updated records of compliance filings.
- Maintain up-to-date employee files (both digital and physical).
- Ensure documentation like ID cards, contracts, are issued properly.
- Update employee database regularly.
- Coordinate with vendors (security, housekeeping, etc.).
- Handle employee grievances and escalate when required.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.(MBA Preferably)
- 2-3 years of experience in HR and administration (preferably Manufacturing industry)
- knowledge of in MS Excel and HRMS/payroll software.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Preferred candidate profile:
- Familiarity with software like Spine, etc.
- Experience in manufacturing industries is a plus.
- Ability to work in rotational Shifts.
