Why this Role Exists

Beshak is building Indias most trustworthy insurance platform - completely unbiased, no ads, no commissions. To take our brand storytelling to the next level, were looking for a smart, AI-native creative thinker who can lead video, graphic, and textual content across channels - driving brand equity, virality, and engagement.

This is not a traditional content role. Youll work directly with the Founder&aposs Office, crafting high-ROI narratives and shaping the public face of the company.

What You&aposll Own

1. Video Content:

> Ideate, script, direct, and manage end-to-end video content (YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn)

> Own the brands video tonality and emotional style.

> Coordinate with editors, designers, and internal experts to deliver monthly content calendar.

2. Creative & Graphical Content

> Design or supervise design of high-performing creatives for social media, and YouTube thumbnails

> Oversee visual branding across all touchpoints: clean, credible, and friendly

3. Textual Content

> Lead or co-create viral hooks, tweet threads, LinkedIn posts, and storytelling content that reflects Beshaks tone

> Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Typefully, Jasper, etc.) to accelerate and refine creative output

4. Brand Building

> Own the creative voice of the brand across all platforms

> Partner with the Founders Office on positioning experiments and campaign design

> Identify & execute growth opportunities through storytelling

Who We&aposre Looking For

> 2-4 years of creative/content experience across video, design, or copy

> AI-literate: Able to use modern AI tools to scale creativity without compromising quality

> Design & Editing Sense: Doesnt need to be a designer/editor, but can give killer feedback

> Creative Strategist Mindset: Thinks in audience-first content formats, not just deliverable

> Bias for Speed & Quality: You&aposre scrappy, independent, and have high taste

Bonus if You Have:

> Experience with fintech, edtech, or other trust-led consumer brands

> Past work that went viral organically or significantly improved brand traction
