Executive Assistant Remote Full-Time (Hybrid)

We're looking for a proactive and adaptable Executive Assistant to support our COO in streamlining operations and maximising productivity. This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing startup environment and make a real impact from day one.

About The Role

As Executive Assistant, you'll be the COO's right hand - managing day-to-day operations, anticipating needs, and ensuring critical tasks move forward. You'll handle core administrative responsibilities while also leveraging modern tools (including AI) to create efficiencies and support decision-making.

This isn't just a scheduling role - you'll be part of a small, dynamic team where resourcefulness, adaptability, and a startup mindset are key.

Key Responsibilities

- Own calendar and schedule management for the COO
- Manage inbox and draft professional correspondence
- Coordinate, prepare, and follow up on meetings
- Conduct research and handle outreach initiatives
- Provide personal administrative support as needed
- Track projects and manage tasks, ensuring follow-through
- Identify opportunities to use AI tools to simplify, automate, or accelerate workflows

Required Qualifications

- 5+ years of experience as an EA to C-level Executives
Previous experience in a startup environment (ideally
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Hands-on experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) in daily work - beyond simple searches
- Proficiency with modern workplace tools (Notion, Slack, Asana, Google Workspace)
- Ability to work full-time during US Eastern Time Zone hours

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with CRM systems
- Prior remote work experience

Position Details

- Location: Bangalore or Ahmedabad, India
- Schedule: Full-time, 8 hours per day
