Job Description Company Description Kapil Power & Infra (P) Ltd., a part of Kapil Group, is a prominent EPC provider for GRID and OFF GRID Solar Photovoltaic Projects in India. Established in 2014, the company has successfully completed solar projects exceeding 25 MW capacity and aims to achieve 100 MW in the near future. Kapil Power specializes in designing, constructing, operating, and maintaining solar energy systems on a turnkey basis. Beyond solar, the company also undertakes electro-mechanical projects for industrial buildings and IT parks. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive, located in Amaravati. The Business Development Executive will focus on identifying and generating new business opportunities. Responsibilities include lead generation, maintaining strong client relations, managing accounts, and developing strategies to expand the company's market presence and portfolio of projects while supporting the growth of the business. Qualifications - Proficiency in New Business Development and Lead Generation - Strong skills in Business and Account Management - Excellent Communication and interpersonal abilities - Demonstrated ability to understand and work in the renewable energy sector, particularly solar energy projects - Goal-oriented approach with strong problem-solving skills - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - Experience in EPC or the renewable energy sector is a plus
