Job Description Job Title: HR Recruitment Specialist Location: Agra , Uttar Pradesh Job Type: Full-Time About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Recruitment Specialist who will not only lead talent acquisition efforts but also support broader HR and operational functions. This role requires someone with strong interpersonal skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to balance multiple responsibilities efficiently. Key Responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. - Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future requirements. - Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and align recruitment strategies. - Enhance employer branding through innovative sourcing and engagement methods. - Support employee engagement initiatives and cultural activities. - Coordinate with different departments for smooth workflow and support. - Ensure adherence to company processes and contribute to operational efficiency. - Strong knowledge of recruitment methods and HR practices. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. - Ability to multitask and manage both HR and operations responsibilities. - Proficiency in MS Office, HR software/ATS tools. - Detail-oriented, organized, and a team player. Qualifications: - Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. - 13 years of experience in recruitment and HR operations. - Experience in managing additional operations tasks will be an added advantage.
